Perpetue Musinga

Sustainable Growers Rwanda


Perpetue Mukamusinga is a Coffee Skills Trainer with Sustainable Growers Rwanda. She is an Authorized SCA Trainer (AST) in Barista Skills and Brewing.

Her dedication to the coffee producing community are incredible and inspiring as she works with over 30,000 women small coffee farmers in Rwanda.

She is in charge of training for Sustainable Growers Rwanda’s social enterprise, where she leads the training program for the coffee academy in the Hanga Ahazaza Initiative.

She has 9 years of experience in the coffee industry. She previously was a barista and assistant manager at Bourbon Coffee. She also worked in quality control and as a service manager at Cafe Neo.

Perpetue has received Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) training in barista, brewing, green coffee, sensory modules and has received an SCA Barista Camp scholarship.
