Bio
Michael is the Founder and Head Roaster at D•Origen Coffee Roasters in Spain.
After Running Baru Black Mountain Farm as a family business in Panama, he founded D•Origen Coffee Roasters in 2012 as one of Spains 1st specialty coffee micro-roasters. In 2014 and 2016 they received Spain’s national award for Best Espresso and won the Barista Championship. They roast and distribute specialty coffee throughout Spain, Portugal and England to HORECA and online to end users.
