Blake has over 18 years experience in the specialty coffee and hospitality industry across Australia and New Zealand. He has worked for market leading businesses such as Merivale Group of hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes, managed award winning venues for Neil Perry’s Rockpool group, brand advocacy for Diageo. He is former Owner & Operator of a roastery and cafe in Sydney’s Circular Quay to now heading up one of the best specialty coffee roasters in the Southern Hemisphere, ST ALi in NSW.
